摘要
采用石墨烯、环氧树脂、聚酰胺固化剂、锌粉等填料按一定比例混合均匀,研磨至一定细度后制备出烯锌防腐底漆。对烯锌重防腐底漆的防腐性能进行了测试、防腐机理进行了探讨。对两层防腐体系的防腐性能进行了检测并对其在节能减排方面的潜在贡献进行了简单的评价。
The graphene, epoxy resin, polyamide curing agent and zinc powder, etc. are mixed ata designed mass ratio and ground to form a graphene modified zinc-rich anticorrosive primer. Theanticorrosive performance of the prepared primer is tested, and its anticorrosive mechanism is alsoanalyzed. The two-layer anticorrosive coating system is investigated in terms of its anticorrosiveproperty, and its potential in energy-saving applications has been described.
