Cavitation erosion is one of the typical film defects in painting process. This paperexpatiates the improvement of the cavitation erosion occurred on the surface of light-truck frames.Specifically, the characteristics and probable causes of the cavitation erosion are analyzed, and theimprovement based on the field verification tests is carried out.
