摘要
针对钻遇深井、超深井及高温地热井时常规泡沫钻井流体抗高温性能不足的特点,通过对聚合物分子设计的链结构、官能团和分子量的协同考虑,采用水溶液聚合法合成出耐高温水溶性聚合物稳泡剂HP。结合红外光谱分析和XRD分析,验证所合成聚合物稳泡剂分子结构式正确性及聚合物高温稳定性能。室内对比评价了HP稳泡效果、抗高温能力和抗污染能力,与常用发泡剂AOS复配后,在230℃热滚温度下泡体积达500m L,半衰期达603s,基本满足高温地层泡沫钻井施工需求。
According to the characteristics that conventional foam drilling fluid has limited capacity to resist high temperature while drilling in deep well,ultra-deep well and geothermal, by considering the chain structure of the polymer molecular design,functional group and the molecular weight,using aqueous solution polymerization to synthesize high temperature polymer stabilized foam agent HP. Verify the copolymer molecular structure by using infrared spectrum condition and the XRD analysis is carried out on foam stabilizing agent by using X-ray diffraction techniques. Compared to the comprehensive performance of HP, the foam volume is 500 mL and the half-life is 603s at 230 ℃ hot rolling temperature, which provides scientific basis for high temperature formation of foam drilling.
