摘要
随着油田的开发,层间非均质性强、差异大及不同层位动用程度差异都会导致注入水沿某一层或多层迅速突进至油井,迫切需要采用合理的油井控水技术,多层找卡水一体化工艺采用整体式找卡水或插入密封分体式找卡水两种管柱,开发配套专用Y441液压封隔器及液控开关,集找水、卡水、调层、抽油生产的功能为一体,实现了在不动生产管柱的情况下多次重复换层生产,提高了作业效率、油井生产时率,控制了生产成本。
With the development of the oilfield, the large heterogeneity between layers and producing degree of reservoir will result in the injected water dash to the well along a certain layer or multilayer quickly, so there is a pressing need for reasonable water control techniques for oil wells, the integration technology of multi-layer seeking and separating water used two different strings including integral type or insert seal split type, also, we developed special Y441 hydraulic packer and hydraulic control switch. This technology string integrates the functions of seeking water, separating water, change layers and pumping production, realizes the repeated change of layer production under the condition that the production string is not moved, improves the work efficiency and oil well production rate and controls the cost of production.
