摘要
油品装卸单元具有为操作频次高,风险大,后果严重等特性。为便于了解该单元安全状况,指导现场生产,利用层次分析法来确定指标权重,采用灰色评价法进行评估,得出系统安全状态。通过研究,建立了一套适用于此类单元的评价体系,并进行单元评价。结果表明系统总体状态较好,工艺过程和操作环境处于较差状态,并提出优化建议。
The oil loading and unloading has such featrues as high frequency operation, high risk and serious consequences.For ease of understanding the unit safety, we establish a set of suitable evaluation system of such units and process safety evaluation.Article uses analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine the index weight and uses the grey evaluation method for identifying the dangerous and harmful factors of the loading and unloading unit with the evaluation we established.Final cell evaluation results and Suggestions are given.
