自拟乙肝康汤联合甘草酸二铵治疗湿热内蕴型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的效果研究

Effect study of self-made Yigankang Decoction combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B of internal accumulation of damp-heat type

目的探讨自拟乙肝康汤联合甘草酸二铵胶囊治疗湿热内蕴型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(HBV DNA<2×105 IU/ml)的临床效果。方法选取2013年11月~2016年6月于我院就诊的湿热内蕴型轻、中度慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者共90例,利用计算机随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采取甘草酸二铵胶囊进行治疗,观察组患者采用自拟乙肝康汤联合甘草酸二铵胶囊进行治疗。治疗12周后,比较两组患者的临床效果,并在停药1个月后,比较两组的肝功能反弹率。结果两组患者治疗后均无明显不良反应;观察组的总有效率为88.89%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。停止治疗1个月后,观察组的肝功能反弹率为47.50%,明显低于对照组的88.23%(P<0.05)。结论自拟乙肝康汤联合甘草酸二铵胶囊治疗湿热内蕴型轻、中度慢性乙肝(HBV DNA<2×105 IU/ml)的临床效果确切,能明显改善患者的肝功能,明显缓解其临床症状,不良反应少且轻,具有停药后肝功能不易反弹的优势,值得临床推广、借鉴和应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made Yigankang Decoction combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B（HBV DNA 2 ×10~5IU/ml） of internal accumulation of damp-heat type.Methods 90 patients with mild to moderate chronic viral hepatitis B differentiated as internal accumulation of damp-heat type treated in our hospital were selected from November 2013 to June 2016.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by computer in random.Patients in the control group were treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules,while in the observation group,they were treated with self-made Yigankang Decoction combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules.After 12-week treatment,the clinical effect between the two groups was compared,and rebound rate of hepatic function after one-month cessation of medication.Results There was no obvious adverse reactions after treatment in the two groups.The total effective rate was 88.89% in the observation group and 75.56% in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The rebound rate of liver function was 47.50% in the observation group after one-month cessation of medication and 88.23% in the control group.The rebound rate of liver function in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Self-made Yigankang Decoction combined with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules in the treatment of mild to moderate chronic viral hepatitis B（HBV DNA2×10~5IU/ml） can obtain a definite clinical effect,and can obviously improve the liver function of patients,can obviously alleviate clinical symptoms of them,and the adverse reaction is few and mild,and it has the advantage that liver function is not easy to rebound after withdrawal.It is worthy of clinical promotion,reference and application.
