改进心血管内科病房医护联合查房方式对护理质量影响

The influence of nursing quality by improvement the method of combined doctors and nurses check the wards in cardiology department

目的探讨改进心血管内科病房医护联合查房方式对护理质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年6~12月收治的采用现有查房模式进行查房的1077例患者作为对照组,选取2016年1~6月收治的以医护联合查房方式进行查房的1179例患者作为观察组。观察两组护理人员工作质量评分、患者的满意度、医生的满意度、护理不良事件的发生情况。结果观察组护理人员对患者的诊疗信息掌握、护理操作信息、护理人员专业知识水平、级别护理措施落实评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度、医生的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发错药物、护理文书书写错误、护理操作失误率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管内科病房应用医护联合查房方式,可以提高护理工作质量和医患满意度,降低护理不良事件发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing quality by improvement the method of combined doctors and nurses check the wards in cardiology department.Methods A total of 1077 patients who were admitted by our hospital from June to December 2015 were treated as control group,a total of 1179 patients who were admitted to the hospital of the method of combined doctors and nurses check the wards form January to June 2016 were selected as the observation group.The workmanship score,satisfaction of patients,satisfaction of doctors,nursing adverse events rate of two group were detected.Results The diagnostic information mastery,nursing operation information,professional knowledge level of nursing personnel,level care implementation score of observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of patients and doctors of observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The given wrong medicine,error in nursing clerical writing,nursing error rate of observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The method of combined doctors and nurses check the wards in cardiovascular department can improve the quality of nursing work and the satisfaction of doctors and patients,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and deserve clinical promotion and application.
