优质护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者感染预防中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing mode on the infection prevention in patients with COPD

目的探讨优质护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者感染预防中的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月~2016年11月于我院治疗的COPD患者104例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施优质护理模式。比较两组患者肺功能以及真菌感染发生情况。结果干预前,两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC及FEV1%水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC及FEV1%水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组真菌感染总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式有助于促进COPD患者肺功能的改善,降低肺部感染发生率,遏制病症进一步发展,临床普及价值高。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing mode on the infection prevention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods 104 patients with COPD in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing mode.The lung function and the incidence of fungal infection were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% between two groups（P〉0.05）;after intervention,the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of fungal infection in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing mode for COPD patients could improve lung function,decrease the incidence of pulmonary infection,prevent further development of disease,which has high promotional value.
