间断性氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

Clinical research of discontinuity Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in the treatment of cerebral arterial thrombosis

目的探讨间断性氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月~2017年2月收治的98例缺血性脑卒中患者,依据治疗措施的不同分为对照组(48例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用间断性氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗。观察两组治疗前后的血脂水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率情况。结果两组治疗前的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,HDL-C水平高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率和复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用间断性氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中患者,血脂改善良好,疗效明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of discontinuity Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in the treatment of cere- bral arterial thrombosis.Methods 98 cases of cerebral arterial thrombosis in our hospital from February 2016 to Febru- ary 2017 were selected and divided into the control group （48 cases） and the observation group （50 cases） according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Aspirin,and the observation group was treated with dis- continuity Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin.The level of blood lipid before treatment and after treatment,clinical ef- fects,the incidence rate of adverse reaction,the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in the level of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C of the control group between before treatment and after treatmen （P〉0.05）.The level of TC,TG,LDL-C of the observation group after treatment was lower than that before treat- ment and the control group after treatment,the level of HDL-C in the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment and the control group after treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The clinical total effec- tive rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment cerebral arterial thrombosis patients by discontinuity Clopidogrel combined with as- pirin,blood lipid improve well,curative effect is obviously,prognosis is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion and ap- plication.
