雷公藤多苷治疗慢性肾脏病的效果

Effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii Glycosides in the treatment of chronic kidney disease

目的探讨雷公藤多苷治疗慢性肾脏病的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年7月~2017年1月收治的50例慢性肾脏病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组采用常规替米沙坦药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用雷公藤多苷治疗。比较两组治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐(SCr)及尿素氮(BUN)等指标变化,临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果两组治疗前的24 h尿蛋白定量、SCr、BUN等指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的24 h尿蛋白定量、SCr、BUN等指标水平低于治疗前,研究组治疗后的24 h尿蛋白定量、SCr、BUN等指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的临床有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于慢性肾脏病患者,雷公藤多苷在减少尿蛋白、延缓慢性肾脏病进展方面更为有效。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii Glycosides in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods 50 cases of chronic kidney disease treated in our hospital from July 2014 to January 2017 were se- lected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine Telmisartan treatment,and the study group was given Tripterygium Wilfordii Glycosides treatment on the basis of the control group.24 h urinary protein quantification, serum creatinine （SCr） and urea nitrogen （BUN） and other indicators of renal function changes before and after treat- ment,clinieal effect and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the level of 24 h protein,SCr and BUN between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）.The indexes level of 24 h protein,SCr and BUN in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the indexes level of 24 h protein,SCr and BUN in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The clinical effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of 68.00% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse re- actions between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion For chronic kidney disease and proteinuria,tripterygium Wilfordii Glycosides can more effectively reduce proteinuria and delay progression of chronic kidney.
