氯丙嗪治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果

Clinical effect of Chlorpromazine in the treatment of gravidarum hyperemesis

目的观察氯丙嗪治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果。方法随机抽取我院2016年6月~2017年2月收治的60例妊娠剧吐患者,按照抽签方式分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用氯丙嗪治疗。比较两组治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后的SAS评分、不良反应发生率及住院时间。结果观察组的总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的SAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.3%,低于对照组的23.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯丙嗪治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果显著,能够有效缓解患者的呕吐症状,降低不良反应发生率,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chlorpromazine in the treatment of gravidarum hyperemesis. Methods 60 patients with gravidarum hyperemesis from June 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were randomly se- lected and divided into the observation group （n=30） and the control group （n=30） according to the way of drawing.The patients in the conlrol group were treated with routine therapy.The patients in the observation group were treated with Chlorpromazine.Th~~ totaJ effective rate after treatment,the SAS score before and after treatment,the incidence rate of ad- verse reactions and hospital stay in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 70% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈O.05）.There was no sig- nificant difference in the SAS score before treeatment between the two groups （P〉O.05）.The SAS score after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The inci- dence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.3%,which was lower than 23.3% in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.OS）.The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.O5）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Chlorpromazine in the treatment of gravi- darum hyperemesis is remarkable,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of vomiting,reduce the incidence of ad- verse reactions and shorten the treatment time,and which is worthy of promotion and application.
