止血散联合凝血酶及奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血的效果研究

Effect study of Zhixue Powder combined with thrombin and Omeprazole on treating acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的探讨止血散联合凝血酶及奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血患者的临床效果。方法收集2012年2月~2016年2月来我院诊治的急性上消化道出血的患者202例为研究对象,随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各101例。两组患者均给予凝血酶及奥美拉唑治疗,实验组在上述基础上给予止血散治疗,然后分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、止血时间、再出血率及不良反应。结果实验组患者的总有效率(95.04%)明显高于对照组(89.10%)(P<0.05);实验组患者的平均止血时间[(16.9±2.8)h]明显短于对照组患者[(31.2±3.6)h](P<0.05);实验组患者的再出血率(3%)明显低于对照组(18%)(P<0.05)。结论止血散联合凝血酶及奥美拉唑能明显地缩短急性上消化道出血患者的止血时间、降低患者的再出血率,其临床疗效很好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhixue Powder combined with thrombin and Omeprazole in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 202 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2016 were selected as research objects.They were randomly di- vided into experimental group （n=101） and control group （n=101）.Thrombin and Omeprazole were provided in both groups.In the experimental group,Zhixue Powder was added.The clinical efficacy,time to stanch bleeding,recurrence rate of bleeding, and adverse reactions were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.04% in the experimental group,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 89.10% （P〈0.05）.The average hemostasis time was （16.9±2.8） h in the experimental group,significantly shorter than that in the control group [（31.2±3.6）h] （P〈 0.05）.The rate of rebleeding was 3% and 18% in the experimental group and control group respectively,and the former one was significantly lower （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Zhixue Powder combined with thrombin and Omeprazole can signifi- cantly shorten the hemostasis time in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and reduce the rate of rebleeding in a favorable effect,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
