康莱特在晚期肺癌缓和医疗中的作用

Effect of Kanglaite on palliative care in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的探讨康莱特注射液对晚期肺癌患者体能状况、癌性疼痛、中医症状及精神症状的影响,评估其在晚期肺癌缓和医疗中的作用。方法选取北京市中关村医院2014年8月~2017年5月收治的101例晚期肺癌患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(49例)和对照组(52例)。对照组给予对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用康莱特注射液治疗2个周期,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的生活质量卡氏评分、癌痛评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的中医症状评分、焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康莱特在晚期肺癌缓和医疗中起重要作用,能够明显提高晚期肺癌患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Kanglaite Injection on physical ability,cancer pain,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,mental symptom of patients with advanced lung cancer,to evaluate its role in palliative care of ad- vanced lung cancer.Methods 101 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected from August 2014 to May 2017 in Zhongguancun Hospital,which were divided into the observation group （49 eases） and the control group （52 cases） ac- cording to different treatment methods.Patients in control group were given supportive treatments only,and the observa- tion group was given Kanglaite Injection for two cycles on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The score of Karnofsky and pain score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with signif- icant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conelusion Kanglaite Injection plays an important role in palliative care,and it can improve life quali- ty of advanced lung patient.
