实用性护理实习专科辅导手册的设计与应用

Design and application of practical nursing practice handbook

目的探讨设计制作实用性护理实习专科辅导手册的方法 ,以提高护生的应用和实践操作能力,保证临床护理带教质量。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月接收的252名实习护生作为观察对象,采用本院自行设计的调查表进行问卷调查,了解实习护生的知识需求情况,根据其知识需求情况制作具有科室专科特色的实习辅导手册。结果护生实习后知识需求比例明显高于实习前(P<0.05);实习后,护生对实习辅导手册的需求比例高于实习前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实用性护理实习专科辅导手册给予带教老师和学生指引,提高带教老师的教学质量和护生学习的积极性,但还需进一步完善。

Objective To explore the application value of designing practical nursing practice handbook in order to im- prove nursing students＇abilities to apply and practice as well as ensure the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Methods From May 2014 to May 2016,252 student nurses were selected as observation objects.The survey was conducted using the questionnaire designed by the staff in our hospital to understand the knowledge needs of student nurses,based on which the corresponding handbook with the characteristics of the specific department was designed.Results The ratio of knowledge demands after internship was much higher than that before （P〈0.05）.After internship,the ratio of demands for handbook in the specific department by student nurses was greatly increased compared with that before （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Practical nursing practice handbook guides both the clinical teachers and students by improving teaching quality and learning enthusiasm by nursing students,but needs to be further improved.
