心理护理干预对首发抑郁症患者抑郁情绪及自我接纳的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on depressed mood and self-acceptance in patients with first-episode depression

目的探讨心理护理干预对首发抑郁症患者抑郁情绪及自我接纳的影响。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月我院收治的70例首发抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各35例。对照组患者实施常规治疗及护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用心理护理干预。观察并比较两组患者的抑郁情绪、自我接纳改善情况及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组HAMD评分[(21.21±5.04)分]低于对照组[(25.11±6.12)分],SAQ评分[(20.61±4.37)、(21.54±3.47)分]高于对照组[(18.45±4.20)、(19.61±3.31)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意率(91.43%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论首发抑郁症患者实施心理护理干预,利用改善患者抑郁情绪,促进患者自我接纳度提升,患者护理满意度好,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depressed mood and self-accep- tance in patients with first-episode depression.Methods 70 patients with first-episode depression who were admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while observation group was given psychological nursing intervention based on control group.The depressed mood,self-accep- tance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of HAMD in observation group [（21.21±5.04） points] was lower than that in control group [（25.11±6.12） points],while the scores of SAQ [（20.61±4.37）,（21.54±3.47） points] were higher than control group [（18.45±4.20）,（19.61±3.31） points],the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction in observation group （91.43%） was higher than that in control group （71.43%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Concluslon Psychological nursing inter- vention can improve depressed mood,promote self-acceptance and achieve good nursing satisfaction,it is worth promot- ing application.
