摘要
文章基于铕掺杂钼酸盐体系,采用高温固相法制备红色荧光粉,探究了掺杂离子、助溶剂、烧结温度等因素的影响,将所得荧光粉与市售黄色荧光粉混合封装LED灯珠,研究表明能够对灯珠的色温起到有效的调节作用。
In this paper,based on the europium doped molybdate system, red phosphor was prepared through high temperature solid phase method.The effect of doping ions, cosolvent, sintering temperature and other factors were analyzed.The prepared phosphor powder was mixed with the commercially yellow phosphor in order to package LED, and the results showed the regulatory effect of the prepared phosphor on color temperature of the LED.
