摘要 普通火车行李架由于高度过高和采用框架结构,旅客安放行李时较为困难,同时,细小的行李容易从杆缝之间掉落下来砸到旅客。文章提出一种方案,通过采用一体式滚珠丝杆步进电机直线电机,通过电动省力的方式,对行李架的高度在一定范围内进行升降,并对承载面采用钢化玻璃材料和外圈上扬一定的弧度,防止其物体坠落砸伤旅客。通过对行李架的高度改善和其承载面的改进,让人们更安全方便的放置行李,在旅程中更加舒适安全和便利。 Becanse of the high height and the frame structure of the ordinary train baggage rack, it is difficult for the passengers to place their luggage.At the same time,the small luggage falls easily from the bar seam and hits the passengers.This paper proposed a scheme by using integral ball screw stepping motor linear motor, the luggage rack height in a certain range by lifting electric saving way, and the bearing surface was made of toughened glass material and the outer ring up a radian to prevent the falling of injured passengers.Through the improvement of the height of the luggage rack and the improvement of the bearing surface, people can safely and conveniently place the luggage, which is more comfortable, safe and convenient in the journey.
