摘要
文章主要从两个方面对浮管式水力发电机的轴和外壳机械密封性能进行了分析。首先,对浮管式水力发电机的轴和外壳的密封系统进行了设计,并且在文章里对其建立了密封理论模型。其次,通过对浮管式水力发电机的轴和外壳之间的高精密密封方式的研究,能够为其它机械密封性能的改善与提高提供参考,同时,也有利于整个机械领域的机械密封技术水平的提高,因此,对浮管式水力发电机的轴和外壳的机械密封进行了深入的研究。
In this paper,the mechanical seal performance of the shaft and shell of the floating pipe type hydraulic generator was analyzed from two aspects.First of all, the seal system of the shaft and shell of the floating hydraulic generator was designed, and the seal theory model was established in the article.Secondly, the research of the high precision seal between the floating pipe type hydraulic generator shaft and housing, could provide a reference for other mechanical sealing performance improvement at the same time, but also conducive to the whole field of mechanical mechanical seal technology level, therefore, the float tube type hydraulic generator shaft and housing the mechanical seal was studied.
