摘要
低压脉冲喷吹长袋除尘器由于具有处理风量大、高效低阻易清灰、运行可靠等优势,广泛应用于电力、冶金、建材等行业。文章简要介绍了低压脉冲喷吹长袋除尘器工作原理和结构特点,阐述了提高低压脉冲喷吹长袋除尘器除尘效率的主要技术措施,并对粉尘爆炸的技术措施和投运前的准备工作做了简介。
The low-pressure pulse-jet long bag dedustor is widely used in electric power,metallurgy,building materials and other industries because of its advantages of large volume,high efffieiency,low resistance,easy dust removal and reliable operation, etc.This paper briefly introduced the working principle and structure characteristics of low-pressure pulse-jet long bag dedustor,expounded the main technical measures to improve dust removal efficiency,the technical measures for dust explosion and the preparation before operation.
