一种新型三相三电平逆变软开关技术及效率分析

摘要 三电平拓扑以其控制独立、谐波小等优点得到广泛推广,电力电子也给朝着高功率密度、产品模块化的方向快速发展。但高功率密度的要求反过来刺激着产品效率的提升。文章基于T型三电平逆变拓扑,对三电平软开关技术进行深入的分析,详细介绍了各软开关技术的工作原理、各暂态换流过程、开关损耗及效率。文章通过简单的被动器件,沿用经典PWM控制策略可大幅降低开关损耗。最后通过三相逆变器实验样机,对所提出软开关拓扑的可行验证。 Three-level topology is widely used for its independent control and small harmonics.Power electronics also develops rapidly towards high power density and product modularization.But the high power density requirements in turn stimulate the efficiency of the product to enhance.Based on T-type three-level inverter topology,this thesis analyzd the three level soft switching technology, and introduced the operating principle, transient commutation process, switching loss and efficiency of each soft switching technolog.Through simple passive devices,this thesis used switching loss greatly.Finally, the feasibility of the proposed soft switching topology three-phase inverter.
