摘要
漳州某电厂5、6、7机组为600 MW容量发电机组,锅炉主设备采用ALSTOM-CE锅炉。由于所设计的炉膛压力保护回路存在仪表取样管飞灰堵塞、仪表进水及数字输入模件故障可能,影响机组运行安全。文章介绍了原设计压力保护回路存在的不足之处,及针对不足之处所做的相关技术改善,消除机组运行过程中所存在的安全隐患。
A power plant 5,6,7 unit in Zhangzhou is 600 MW capacity generator set.The boiler main equipment adopts ALSTOM-CE boiler.As the design of the furnace pressure protection circuit there is instrument sampling tube fly ash plug, instrument water and digital input module failure may affect the operation of the unit safety.This paper introduced the shortcomings of the original design pressure protection circuit, and made some related technical improvements to eliminate the hidden safety problems during the operation of the unit.
