血液净化护理专业学位研究生培养模式的初步构建

Establishment of a training model for a blood purification specialist master program

目的初步构建血液净化方向护理专业学位研究生培养模式,并探讨其毕业后与高级实践护士认证衔接的具体条件。方法在文献回顾、半结构访谈等方法基础上,运用德尔菲法对27位相关领域专家进行2轮函询。结果 2轮函询专家积极系数分别为90%和100%,专家权威系数0.78~0.98。最终形成4个一级指标(培养目标、培养过程、质量评价、衔接条件),16个二级指标和86个三级指标。结论本研究专家积极性和权威程度高,构建的培养模式体现血液净化护理专科特点,衔接条件内容明确具体,可为我国血液净化护理专业学位研究生的培养提供理论参考。

Objective To establish a training model for a blood purification specialist master program. Methods After a comprehensive literature review and semi-structured interview, 27 experts were invited to participate in a two-round Delphi study for assessing the importance or appropriateness of each indicators. Results The response rates of the two rounds of consultation were 90% and 100% ; authorities coefficient were 0. 78--0. 98. The training model consisted of 4 first-level indicators（objectives, process, quality appraisal, and cohesion requirements）, 16 second-level indicators and 86 third-level indicators. Conclusion The training model for a blood purification specialist master program embodies the characteristics of care in blood purification, Which can provide a theoretical reference for the cultivation of nursing specialist in blood purification in China.
