摘要
大吨位超高扬程电动葫芦,因起升高度的加大需要采用大卷筒和多层缠绕结构增加容绳量,因此电动葫芦整体结构大,所需要的材料多,制造成本高。本文从整体结构、外观尺寸、所用材料重量等多方面对减速器内置式与减速器外置式电动葫芦进行了对比,结果表明减速器内置式大吨位超高扬程电动葫在不降低原使用性能的前提下,能减小整机体积,减轻整机重量,同时还能降低制造成本,为生产者带来一定的经济效益。
The hoisting height increase of the large-tonnage highlift electric hoist requires a large drum and multipie layer coiling structure to increase rope capacity, so the whole structure of electric hoist is large, required materials are a lot, and the manufacturing cost is high. But the large-tonnage high lift electric which has buiLt-in reducer, on the premise of not reducing the original performance, it can reduce the volume, and weight of equipment and the manufacturing costs.
