摘要
结合工程实践经验,通过C FD流场分析手段对冷却系统布置分析,冷却系统零部件选型分析提供理论依据,并通过冷却系统性能匹配试验进行验证。试验证明这种方法能够模拟冷却系统实际工作状态,可指导冷却系统匹配、零部件的选型及设计,指导冷却系统产品开发设计,以此缩短产品开发周期。
Three saddle horizontal low pressure heater in earthquake condition, likely because the horizontal seismic acceleration caused by the instability of the overall operation of equipment overturning, threatening the safety of units, so it is necessary for the load analysis of low pressure heater. The load of the low pressure heater is analyzed by the finite element analysis software, which provides a reference for the design of the low voltage heater support and the field civil construction.
