摘要
掘进机是采煤过程中重要的开掘设备,在我国煤炭工业中有重要地位。铲板部是掘进机的主要清煤部件,主要利用星轮马达带动星轮把截割下来的物料扫到第一运输机上。而在实际应用中,星轮马达易出现脱落现象。通过对马达和马达座的改造解决了这一问题,并利用实际应用情况验证了改造的合理性。
Roadheader is an important excavation equipment in the process of coal mining, and it plays an important role in the coal industry of our country. The shovel plate part is the main coal cleaning component of the roadheader. Sweep off the material to the first conveyor with the planet motor.
