摘要
在沥青搅拌设备中粉料供给系统是搅拌设备一个非常重要的组成系统。随着道路等级不断提高及施工工艺改进,用户对粉料供给系统要求也在不断提高。根据相关实验对比沥青混合料加入适量碱性矿粉,对提升沥青混合料的质量有很大提升。使混合料级配,油石比更加合理,沥青与矿料粘聚力增大。这样的路面会有更好的密实性,有较好的防水性能,并可以防止氧化失去粘合力。
Powder supply system is a very important composition system in the asphalt mixing equipments.With the improvement of road grade continuously, construction technology improvement continuously, the user requirements for powder supply system have been improved.According to the relevant experiments , the quality of the asphalt mixture will be greatly enhanced,if asphalt mixture adding suitable amount of alkaline mineral powder.The mixture gradation, oil-stone ratio are more reasonable, and the cohesive force of asphalt and mineral aggregate is increased.and this type of the road have greater compactness and waterproof property. At the same time, it can prevent oxidation to avoid lossing cohesiveness.This paper presents typical nonstandard design case and analysis of asphalt mixing equipment powder supply system and comes up with conclusions.
