解决土壤调理剂包装时料斗的粘料问题

摘要 土壤调理剂是选用多种天然矿物质原料加工而成,既是酸性土壤改良剂,又是一种新型的钙、镁、硅中量元素肥料。土壤调理剂产品的水份达到10%,其表现出来的特性是粘性,很容易附着在包装机械的接触面,造成包装设备料斗不能落料、崩料和称量不准确等故障。以土壤调理剂包装机料斗中与土壤调理剂接触的材料作为研究对象,通过合理选用料斗的形状与内壁板角度和通过实验比较Q 235A碳素结构钢、316不锈钢和聚四氟乙烯板这三种材料的粘料情况进行比较,得到聚四氟乙烯面板的方形料斗在内壁板角度为48°时可以有效地解决粘料和落料不畅的现象,为生产企业的正常生产提供了有力的保障。 Soil conditioner is made from a variety of natural mineral raw materials. It is not only an acid soil amendment, but also a new type of calcium, magnesium and silicon fertilizer. The moisture content of the soil conditioner products reaches 10%, the characteristics of which are sticky and easy to adhere to the contact surfaces of the packaging machinery, resulting in failures of the packaging equipment, hoppers, material failure, weighing and inaccurate weighing. In this paper, the hopper soil conditioner packaging machine in contact with soil amendment materials as the research object, through comparing sticky material shape and wall plate angle and the reasonable selection of the hopper through the experimental comparison of Q235A carbon steel, 316 stainless steel and teflon plates of the three materials, get a square hopper PTFE panel in the wall angle of 48 degrees can effectively solve the material sticking and blanking poor phenomenon, provides a powerful guarantee for the normal production of enterprises.
