商用车驾驶室阻尼布置位置优化

摘要 以某重型商用车驾驶室为分析对象,通过建立驾驶室结构有限元模型和声学有限元模型,进行了驾驶室模态分析、频率响应分析、驾驶室板块贡献量分析,计算出驾驶员右耳旁的声压级,找出影响驾驶员右耳旁噪声的板块位置,并对噪声贡献量大的板块进行优化。结果表明,通过系统的室内噪声研究和改进,有效降低了某型号驾驶室室内噪声。 In this paper, structure finite element and acoustic finite element model for a heavy commercial vehicle are established to conduct cab modal analysis, frequency response analysis and panel contribution analysis. The sound pressure level of driver's fight ear is also calculated. According to the calculation results, the panels which have large contribution are located and optimized. The results show that after systematic research and improvement, the noise of internal cab can be reduced effectively.
