摘要
为了解决实际生产销售中对实心轮胎的轮辋快速装拆的问题,设计与开发一台简易方便的实心轮胎的轮辋装拆装置,并对装置中的关键部件受力状态开展分析。基于Solidew orks软件平台的虚拟设计结果表明该装置可以有效提升装拆效率,降低使用成本。对关键部件的有限元分析也表明该装置能够满足设计需要。
In order to solve the problem of solid tire and rim fast installation and tear in sales, a rim design and development of a simple and convenient solid tire dismantling equipment, and key components of the device's stress state analysis. The virtual design results based on Solideworks software platform show that the device can effectively improve the efficiency of assembly and tear, and reduce the cost of using. The finite element analysis of the key components also shows that the device can meet the design requirements
