摘要
舰船备件携带策略对其战时执行任务的成功性有很大影响。针对此问题,以平均寿命、平均故障拆卸间隔时间、可靠寿命、故障对周围环境产生的影响、对舰员人生安全的影响为约束条件,以备件保障概率为目标函数。结合专家打分法和边际效应法得到了舰船备件携带方案。
The mission implemented of warship is influenced by the bring project of spares under the war-ume. Mean time to Failure, mean time between failures, reliable life, the impact of the failure on the surrounding environment and the influence on the life safety of the crew are taken as the constraints, spares support probability is regard as the optimization target. The bring project of warship spares is got by using the marginal utility and expert scoring method.
