摘要
针对轴承的圆度测量,开发了一套以CPAC(computer programmable automation controller)平台为硬件控制核心,以Otostudio为软件平台的轴承圆度测量仪控制系统。该系统采用模块化设计,同时在国际编程IEC61131-3标准下进行运动控制和数据的采集、处理、转换,完成了系统软硬件结合,并用实验方法对该系统进行多次测试,结果表明该系统能有效地测量轴承的圆度误差,并直观地反映在用户界面中。
Based on the roundness measurement of bearing,a roundness measurement control system was developed with CPAC( computer programmable automation controller) platform as hardware control core and Otostudio as software platform. The system employed modular design,carried on motion controling and data collection,processing and conversion procedure under international programming standard IEC61131-3,and combined software and hardware of the system.Multiple tests were made with the experimental methods and result shows that the system can be used to measure bearing roundness errors and directly display them on user interface.
