摘要
为了满足现代化车间对生产环境的需求,提出一种基于Lab VIEW的车间环境无线监测系统。运用多种传感器对车间环境数据进行采集,并用微处理器对得到的数据进行处理后通过无线模块传输给上位机。Lab VIEW上位机通过串口读取数据并进行分类处理,随后处理后的数据用于主界面显示及自动储存。经过实验测试,该系统能够准确、稳定地对多点车间环境同时进行监测,并可以实现自动报警、数据自动存储、数据读取等功能,具有一定的实用性。
In order to meet the needs of the modern workshop for the production environment,a wireless monitoring system based on Lab VIEW was proposed. A variety of sensors was used to collect the environmental data of the workshop,and the microprocessor was used to process the data obtained through the wireless module to transfer to the host computer. The host computer Lab VIEW read data through the serial port. After classification processing,the main interface displayed and stored the data.Through experimental testing,the system can accurately and stably monitor the workshop environment,it also can realize automatic alarm,automatic data storage,data reading and other functions,and it has certain practicality.
