摘要
针对转炉炼钢使用烧结返矿后带来的问题进行了分析研究。通过优化烧结返矿的加入量、加入时机、氧枪枪位控制等措施,较好的解决了喷溅、脱磷、炉衬侵蚀、终渣TFe升高等工艺问题,实现了烧结返矿的批量稳定使用。同时统计分析了炉料成本与烧结返矿的使用量的关系,结果表明返矿使用量在15 kg/t^20 kg/t时炉料成本最低。
This paper analyzes the problems caused by the sinter return fine of converter steelmaking.By optimizing the oxygen gun position controlling,the adding quantity and adding time of the sinter return fine,the technological problems such as spatter,dephosphorization,furnace lining erosion and terminal slag TFe rises are better solved,The steady use of sinter return fine is achieved.At the same time,the relationship between the cost of furnace charge and the use of sinter return fine is analyzed.The results show that the cost of sinter return fine is the lowest when it is 15 kg/t^20 kg/t.
