摘要
作为热连轧连续生产设备的最后一环,打捆机的故障直接影响热连轧生产线的生产节奏、产能效率发挥,必须对其故障问题进行分析和解决。对安钢热连轧自动打捆机的设备组成、性能进行了介绍,对在生产中常见故障的原因进行了分析,针对故障原因提出了处理办法。
As the last online equipment of hot strip mill,the failure of bundling machine directly affect the pacing and production capacity of hot strip mill,the failure problem have to be analyzed and solved.This paper introduces the equipment composition and performance of the bundling machine in the hot mill of Anyang Steel,analyzes the causes of common failure in production,and puts forward the treatment methods according to the causes of failures.
