Preliminary Studies on the Combination Process of Preparing Water for Injection in Hospital

本文介绍自行设计的多孔聚乙烯微孔过滤器-电渗析-离子交换树脂(三塔复床)制备无盐纯水的新装置,并以此纯水作多效蒸馏器的进料水,上述工艺流程为医院制备注射用水的组合工艺。

A new combination process for preparing salt-free water is described in present paper. The process consists of porous polyethylene millipore filtration, electredialysis and ion-exchange resin (three tower beds) treatment. The purified water obtained is then used as stock for multiple-effect still. The technological chain described is the combination process used for preparing water for injection in hospital
