摘要
"亚健康"是现代医学领域的新概念,"治未病"则是传统中医学防病、治病的理念。两者产生的历史时期、理论基础及思想体系不同,因而在其内容表述上有较大差别。本文从亚健康和治未病的产生、发展及变化规律入手,对两个概念的内涵进行分析,探讨亚健康和治未病的本质及其内在联系。发现两者在疾病预防上有异曲同工之妙,在疾病治疗上则有较大区别。提出亚健康与治未病的研究应有机结合,探索出适合于我国健康需求的中西医结合研究特色。
＂Sub-health＂ is a new concept in the field of modern medicine, and ＂treating pre-disease （Zhi Weibing）＂ is an idea of prevention and treatment in the traditional Chinese preventive medicine. As the historical background, theoretical basis and ideological system are different between ＂sub-health＂ and ＂treating pre-disease＂, there is a great difference in the content expression of them. By studying the emergence, development and change of the two concepts, the author analyzed their connotations and discussed the essence and interrelationship. It was found that the two concepts were different in the approaches of disease prevention and treatment but they achieved equally satisfactory results in thc prevention of disease. The researches on sub-health and treating pre-disease should be combined organically and characterized by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to meet the health needs of China.
