摘要
介绍了定形机蒸汽冷凝水余热回收节能改造的措施,并验证了实施效果。从定形机回收的蒸汽冷凝水进入锅炉的平均温度为79.8℃,锅炉贮水平均温度为26.0℃,每年可节约2 015.1 t标准煤,具有良好的节能效果。
This paper introduces the implementation measures of waste heat recovery and energy-saving transformation of setting machine. The energy-saving effect of steam condensate recovery is also studied. The results show that the average temperature of the steam condensate collected from setting machine is 79.8 ℃, and the average temperature of the water in boiler storage tank is 26.0 ℃. This transformation can save 2 015.1 t standard coal every year, and has good energy-saving effect.
