摘要
研究采用扫描电镜/能谱仪检验香烟水松纸,目的:建立扫描电镜/能谱仪检验香烟水松纸的分析方法。方法:利用扫描电镜/能谱仪并结合SPSS分析软件进行聚类,对收集到的63个不同产地、不同品牌,同一品牌不同型号的香烟水松纸样品进行检验分析。结果:利用聚类分析法对水松纸样品进行分类,根据水松纸样品的扫描电镜图所反映的形貌差异和样品中所含元素的种类及含量的不同,对香烟水松纸进行区分。结论:该方法简便快速、结果准确可靠,可用于公安基层实际办案。
to establish a methods to discriminate the samples of cigarette tipping paper made in different cigarette tipping paper with SEM/EDS. Method. 63 areas with different brands or different types of the same brand were discriminated with SEM/EDS and clustered by SPSS. Result：the cigarette tipping paper can be classified by clustering analysis , discriminated according to the difference in morphology shown in the SEM images, varieties and contents of elements in the samples. Conclusion：this method is simple , rapid, accurate and reliable, which can be used in practical criminal investigation of police departments.
