高校图书馆勤工助学育人功能的创新探析——基于人力资源管理的视角 被引量:9

摘要 高校图书馆勤工助学工作作为高校资助育人的重要渠道,对学生在精神、心理、成长成才等层面上具有诸多育人优势。目前各高校勤工助学工作取得显著成效,但随之也逐渐暴露出一些问题。主要体现在人员流失快、工作不积极、育人效果不够明显等。针对"助学"有力而育人不足的特点,建立一套人性化、系统化的企业化管理制度,通过对学生的招聘、培训、使用、考核、激励、调整等一系列过程,调动学生的积极性,发挥其最大潜能,为图书馆创造价值。以北京工商大学图书馆为例,对图书馆助学实践中心实际工作进行探讨,结合学生发展特点从人力资源角度分析当前学生自主化管理模式新思路,以期探索图书馆勤工助学育人新路径,为践行教书育人、管理育人、服务育人作出贡献。 At present, the work-study program of university library has achieved remarkable results in the spirit, mentality and grow-up cultivation of students, but there also existed some problems, which were mainly reflected in the insufficiency of educational function of library. According to the current status, it suggested that university library should establish a humanized and systematic management mode, based on the recruitment, training, use, evaluation, motivation, adjustment of students etc., which would lead the students to play full role to create value for the library.This paper took Library of Beijing Technology and Business University as an example to discuss the work of library practice center, and analyzed the concrete work and managing method by combining with the development characteristics of students, so as to explore the new education path for library' s work-study program, and contributes to the goals of teaching students, managing students and servicing students.
