摘要
基于需求动机-行为策略-行动效果的分析框架构建研究模型,探索大学生3类基本需求对学习效果的具体影响机制。对3所一本院校本科生进行问卷调查,利用结构方程模型对所提出的研究假设进行检验。结果表明,参与学习受自主需求、能力需求和归属需求的显著正向影响;自主学习受自主需求和能力需求的正向影响,但与归属需求的关系不显著;参与学习和自主学习对学习效果都有显著正向影响,且前者的影响大于后者,中介效果也强于后者。
With the help of motivation-behavior-performance framework,a conceptual model was built to explore the effects of three basic needs on learning performance through learning behavior. Structural equation model was applied to examine the hypotheses with data from the questionnaire survey on students from three universities. The results indicated that participatory learning is positively influenced by autonomy,competence and relativeness,while self-regulated learning is positively impacted by autonomy and relativeness. Participatory learning and self-regulated learning both contribute to learning performance and the former has a greater effect and a stronger mediation effect on learning performance than the latter.
