摘要 目的研究胶体钯基体改进剂用于石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血、尿液中铅的方法。方法血样、尿样经稀释后,加入胶体钯基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血、尿中铅的含量。结果血铅和尿铅测定线性范围为0~100μg/L,检出限分别为14.5μg/L和2.9μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,加标回收率在88.1%~107.2%,同一支石墨管分别测定140个尿样或90个血样,RSD均<10%。结论使用胶体钯基体改进剂测定全血、尿液中铅,具有操作简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,在大批量样品的检测中,减少了重新校正标准曲线和更换石墨管的操作,提高了检测效率。 Objective To study Hugh palladium glue graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry determination of lead in whole blood and urine. Methods Blood and urine samples after dilution, was joined the colloid palladium matrix modifier. Graphitefurnaee atomic absorption spectrometry was used for determining the content of lead in whole blood and urine. Results The linear range of the whole blood and urine was 0-100 μg/L, the detection limit was 14.5 μg/L and 2.9 μg/L, the RSD was less than 4%, the recoveries rates ranged from 88.1% to 107.2% were respectively 140 urine samples or 90 blood samples were determined in the same graphite pipe, the RSD less than 10%. Conclusion Using colloidal palladium matrix modifier to determine lead in whole blood and urine, the operation is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. In the bulk sample detection, reduce the recalibration standard curve and replacement of graphite tube operation,improve the detection efficiency.
