创新型法律人才培养与实践性教学改革

摘要 当前高校法学教育自主创新的动力不足;实践教学的方式虽然不少,但往往流于形式,多数高校的法学院并未将实践教学纳入教学计划统一管理,也缺乏既有深厚的理论功底又有丰富的实践经验的教师来从事实践教学指导工作;对教师与学生的评价体系也不甚合理,影响了实践教学的开展。为此,我国法学教育应当创新培养模式,完善实践教学,更新评价体系,从实务界吸收具有丰富实践经验的职业法律者参加教学,培养学生独立发现和解决问题的能力。 At present, the power of independent innovation of law education in universities is insufticient; Although there are many ways to practice teaching, it is often in a mere formality. The law schools in most universities have not put practice teaching into the teaching plan. And there is a shortage of teachers who have both profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience to be engaged in the practical teaching guidance work. The system of evaluation for teachers and students is not reasonable, which influences the development of practical teaching. Therefore, legal education in China should innovate training mode, perfect practical teaching, update the evaluation system, absorb professional law practitioners with rich practical experience to participate in teaching, and develop students' ability to find and solve problems independently.
