老年人社会化养老方式选择的影响因素研究

Study on the influencing factors of the choice of social support for elderly people

研究选取来自养老机构、社区居家养老服务中心的62位老年人作为研究对象,运用深入访谈方法,了解其在选择和接受养老服务时的期望、阻碍及现实考量。将影响老年人选择社会化养老服务的因素分为个体系统(自理能力、思想观念、经济水平)、家庭系统(伴侣、子女)和环境系统(社区、养老机构),对各影响因素的作用方式进行深描,并在此基础上给出提升社会化养老服务效用的若干建议。

From the pension institution and community home care service center, 62 elderly people are selected as the object of study. The paper uses in-depth interview method, analyzes their expectations, hindrance and practical considerations in choosing and receiving care services. The factors influencing the elderly to choose socialized service are divided into individual system （self-care ability, ideology, economic level）, family system （companion, children）, and environmental systems （community, pension institutions） The paper makes a deep description of the modes of action of the various influencing factors, and on this basis, gives some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of socialized service for the aged
