国外分散式风力发电关键技术研究及对我国的启示

美国、德国、西班牙和丹麦等国的分散式风力发电发展迅速,关键因素是分散式风力发电的技术相对成熟,并制定了一系列政策和激励措施。通过对这些国家分散式风力发电发展的关键技术进行深入研究,借鉴其在该领域的先进经验,总结我国分散式风电发展中存在的技术问题,对促进我国分散式风电项目的开发以及技术的进步具有重要意义。

The distributed wind power project in the United States, Germany, Spain and Denmark develops better than other countries.A key factor of the rapidly development of these coutries distributed wind power is that they made a series policy and incentive meas-ures. In this paper, the reason of rapid development of the country is analyzed. The policies and regulations of distributed wind powerare also analyzed. Advanced experience in this field is summerized. The pupose of the work we did in this paper is to promote the devel-opment of Chinas distributed wind power development.
