某发电公司由于煤质发生变化,锅炉水平烟道出现明显积灰,影响机组安全运行。为此对锅炉进行风帽吹灰器改造,通过对改造效果的对比分析,指出改造中存在的问题,为进一步优化改造提供依据。

Due to the change of the coal quality in a power plant, there is obvious ash accumulation in the horizontal flue of the boiler,which affects the safety and economic operation of the unit. The boiler hood sootblowers transformation, through comparing transforma-tion effect analysis, it points out the existing problems to further provide a basis for optimization of transformation.
