摘要
随着电网智能化发展全面推进,配电网投资建设及发展将是电网建设的重要环节,合理的配电网投资效益评价是实现配电网良性发展的有效途径。针对配电网投资建设项目产生的效益问题,提出了反映投资效益和决策水平的指标体系,结合灰色关联度与TOPSIS方法的优点进行改进,构建了基于改进灰色关联度与TOPSIS的投资评价模型,利用样本与理想解的贴近程度评价优劣,对投资效益进行评价并排序比较,验证了模型的有效性和合理性。
According to the benefit of investment projects for distribution network, index system which can reflect benefit and policydecision level is proposed. Combined with the advantages of gray correlation degree and TOPSIS method, investment evaluation modelis constructed. Evaluating the sample by the colseness between the index and the ideal solution. The validity and rationality of thismodel is verified by the investment benefit evaluation.
