依那普利叶酸片逆转H型高血压左心室肥厚的超声诊断研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究依那普利叶酸片逆转H型高血压左心室肥厚的超声诊断。方法:选取本院2015年8月至2016年4月收治的H型高血压左心室肥厚患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。治疗8周后,比较两组患者的室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左心室质量指数(LVMI)等。结果:依那普利叶酸片组的上述观察指标在治疗前后均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利叶酸片逆转H型高血压左心室肥厚,具有超声诊断依据。
