摘要
电力市场环境下,针对实时电价对家庭并网风光蓄发电系统综合收益的影响,计及家庭售电收益、购电成本、政府补贴、运行维护费用和分布式电源投资建设成本等因素,建立了以系统安全运行为前提,通过优化余电分配比例,以实现家庭综合收益最大化为目标的并网风光蓄发电系统优化调度模型。同时提出一种改进差分算法以解决此类具有多约束、强非线性的复杂优化问题。该算法在标准差分算法的基础上,通过融入纵向交叉操作以协助陷入维局部最优的部分维摆脱当前困局,提高算法的全局搜索能力。最后,将所提算法应用于典型家庭并网风光蓄发电系统中,验证了所建立模型和改进算法的合理性与有效性。
Under electricity market environment, in the light of the impact of real-time electricity price on the comprehensive income of household grid-connected wind-light-storage system, taking into account of household sales revenue, purchase cost, government subsidies, operation and maintenance costs and distributed power investment and construction costs, the optimal dispatching model of grid-connected wind power generation system is established by optimizing the proportion of extra-power distribution in order to realize the maximization of comprehensive household income. At the same time, an improved differential algorithm is proposed to solve this kind of complex optimization problem with multiple constraints and strong nonlinearity. Based on the standard difference algorithm, this algorithm can improve the global search ability of the algorithm by integrating the longitudinal cross operation to help the partial part of dimension to get rid of the current predicament. Finally, the proposed algorithm is applied to the typical home and wind - solar - storage system, and the rationality and validity of the model and the improved algorithm are verified.
