摘要 为准确了解支柱绝缘子应力情况,及时检测出不良绝缘子,采用有限元法对伞裙结构应力进行仿真计算分析,计算了支柱绝缘子在不同方向的力载荷以及不同大小的力载荷作用下的应力分布,通过改变母线牵引线力的方向和大小,伞裙结构的最大应力值相应地变化,基本上与力载荷呈线性关系。根据有限元算法计算出的支柱绝缘子应力最大值分布结果,绘制了应力与力载荷方向和大小的关系曲线,并相应地拟合出了关系式。为支柱绝缘子的安装、检修维护提供了有力的理论支持。 In order to accurately understand the post insulator stress conditions, detect faulty insulators in time, the structural stress of the umbrella skirt is simulated and analyzed by finite element method. The stress distribution of post insulators in different directions and the stress distribution under different load are calculated. By changing the direction and magnitude of bus traction line force, the maximum stress value of the umbrella skirt structure varies accordingly, and basically linear with the force load. According to the distribution of the maximum stress distribution of the post insulators calculated by the finite element method, the relation curves of stress and force, load direction and size are plotted, and the relation is put forward accordingly which provides strong theoretical support for the installation, maintenance and maintenance of post insulators.
