摘要
旋翼无人机机载设备受较大振动影响后会导致无人机姿态不稳,为使机载设备稳定地进行电力巡线工作,需要用合适的减振方法改善无人机机载设备的工作环境。以四旋翼ZW-2Q1100无人机的飞控为例,结合被动减振系统的动力学模型,提出无人机飞控减振设计的方法,利用振动试验台验证了减振方法的可行性。通过无人机外场飞行试验表明,减振后振动能量降低明显。该减振方案可为无人机减振设计提供有效依据。
Greater vibration of rotor UAV airborne can lead to instability. In order to make the airborne taking photos stable, appropriate method should be found to improve the working environment of muhi rotor UAV airborne. Taking ZW-2Q1100 flight controller as an example, combined with the dynamic model of passive vibration reduction system, a method is proposed to reduce vibration, which is tested and verified to be workable. Finally, the flight test indicates that it is an effective vibration reduction scheme for the design of UAV.
